We had previously rented through another agency in Newark and were left feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated by their lack of care for tenants. Understandably, this made us very nervous about renting again. However, when we approached Alasdair Morrison, we decided to keep an open minded from the very beginning, they were fantastic. Everything was spot on throughout our tenancy. We were treated with genuine respect, communication was excellent, and they were always efficient and transparent with both us and the landlord. After around 10 months in the property, we were informed that the landlord intended to sell the house. We actually ended up buying the property ourselves, and throughout the entire process Deb and the team were incredibly helpful and supportive. Even before we’d decided to purchase, they were already offering assistance in helping us find a new rental. The team were kind, sympathetic, and genuinely wanted to help us in any way they could. Letting agents often get a bad reputation, but these guys truly are the real deal. I honestly wouldn’t bother going anywhere else in Newark Alasdair Morrison are a pleasure to work with, and I have absolutely no complaints. An absolutely amazing letting agency, I would highly recommend for both landlords and tenants.
